Founded in October 2020 under the name Prestige Properties Serviced Accommodation, we proudly rebranded in January 2026 to become Accommodation Cumbria. While our name has evolved, our commitment to delivering exceptional serviced accommodation management remains at the heart of everything we do.

We are an experienced, trusted, and well-regarded management company with a strong track record across Cumbria. Our business is led by directors Abi Cookman and Carl Waters. Abi plays a pivotal role in the day-to-day success of the company, overseeing customer relations, client management, and the operational running of the business. Supporting our directors is our dedicated team: Helen, our Property Manager, who oversees daily operations, and our two talented assistants, Joy and Clarisse, who ensure all bookings and guest communications run smoothly.

As a small, friendly team, we pride ourselves on offering high-quality short-term rental properties and delivering maximum income for our property owners.
